The location is in a particularly good spot on the M1 dual carriageway. The units are new-fashioned, huge with 2 bathrooms.

The hotel offers a wide array of food that was brilliant. The setting is nice and absolutely perfect, not far from motorways to the North or to London, Milton Keynes for a meeting, and the areas surrounding Cambridge, Luton and Bedford, very quite area. The staff is pleasant as well as property's owner.

Private patios with scenic views, spacious family cottages available, charming decor reflecting the farmhouse theme
Finding the entrance can be a challenge due to its position near the A1, and the lack of sound insulation allows too much noise from adjoining rooms!!! A bit more attention to room lighting could enhance the overall comfort!!!

Lovely countryside escape
Spent a night in a fab, spacious room with a super comfy bed. Breakfast was yummy, especially with that locally baked toast. Anne-Marie was so friendly. Just wish the WiFi was a bit stronger, though. An awesome stay, highly recommend it!
